Face and eye communication are the two most obvious behavior that people effectively use in the conversation. According to Kory and Alan, people are used nonverbal communication and decoding, which includes facial expressions and emotion is by the right brain hemisphere . Moreover, the human face is a very useful tool for communicating and face can produce many unique expressions and efficiently send the complex message about the sender’s attitudes, cognitions and moods. The face expression is able to encode message accurately and efficiently . All the time, humans can successfully recognize a small set of facial expressions of emotion such as anger, disgust, fear, happiness, sadness, and surprise . Human show different emotions could be by forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, and mouth and chin . In the video, Pink’s nose and the left side of her mouth lifted upward, it might a short period to do that, but as the Marrin say that Pink possibility dislike or disgust something . However, Pink smile has a positive power because the intensity of Pink’s smile can effect Ellen has the same intensity of smile, so Pink can create more positive emotions . |

In everyday life, some people have good communication skills, but some do not have. Thus, affect their life such as having bad relationships with colleagues and friends and not easily expressing their inner feeling. The effective communication skills are the key to help people to where they want to be in their life and the communication is an important skill to build up the personal relationships successfully (XXX). In the video, Pink interview with Ellen, it is obvious that they both are good at using nonverbal communication to express their mood because nonverbal is a very common form of communication and in the human communication, there is about 70-90% of communication is nonverbal, which is not the people’s speaking or writhing , it is using body language, facial expression, body movement, gestures, or posture to communicate with people and physical environment and personal attributes are nonverbal as well (XXX). From the communicative experts’ view point, demonstrating that Pink how to effectively use the face and eye communication, posture and movement, and paralanguage in the interview and the physical environment effectively change audiences’ mood. |

首先 我在?裡工作已經 接近20天了 之前對他們的制度一直沒多說 期間也一直都是很OK 甚至接近升職 大約禮拜一吧 上面的人就在跟我談細節 包含什麼時候生職 等 但是禮拜5的時候 老闆娘就請我離職了 原因很離譜 "有人說我管不動" 等 其他就不多說了 我也詢問過幾個常跟我搭班的主班 (他們的叫法) 它們都說我算很OK了 沒有上訴的問題 我自己也是著樣認為 照著常理判斷 你是老闆 你會讓一個管不動的人升職嗎? 我們最後下的結論就是有人在弄我... 但是那些 我不太想理會了 我只想讓那個隨意開除員工的老闆娘吃吃苦頭 據我所知 著一間公司 不但沒有勞健保 也沒有時新 95 的基準 (實習生 75 副班 80 主班90) 只有大夜班稍微超過一點 105而已 雖然有獎金 但是依我著個月的薪資而言 絕不可能超過95 還有 在上個月他有扣一筆服裝費 380元 我想著因該也是違法的 最後關於無預警格職著段 我沒辦法提出證據 因為是他門口頭告知 並沒有留下任何文書證據 也沒有請第3人告知 (雖然其他人都知道我是被踢的) 所以想請問大大 接下來我該如何做? 其實算在一起才一個多月 當初在一起前有先評估才決定要在一起 但是在一起的方式也挺自然 都沒說你要不要當我的女友 就自然的牽手了 這算是天蠍的個性嘛 男方有看過女方的父母 女方也有和男方的家人一同出遊 但是現階段男方和朋友出去時不會帶女方同行 這算是天蠍的個性嘛 雖然男方出去時都會報備行程 |
